MTV Cribs Style
The home builder wanted a way to showcase his properties in a style that would stand out from the traditional ‘virtual tours’. The decision was made to create hosted home tours with the style of HGTV or ‘Cribs’. These segments showcase the visual amenities while tying in the description via a casual conversation with the home builder.
Traditonal Community Overview
This is a long format community review to promote and tell the story of the community.
Talking Heads Style Video
This is a wonderful example of using your customers as brand advocates. When asked to capture the story of a new community, we produced this spot having founding members talk about the community and how they view its meaning to the area.
Travel Channel Style Video
Part of a series of videos to promote a new development in Lakeway, TX. Other parts of the campaign included traditional script and voice-over, but for their beautiful marina location, they wanted something a bit more engaging. With that in mind, we produced this segment to have a style of a Travel Channel program to help in telling the story.
